Introduction
Despite the fact that Pakistan was formed out of struggle, many people died as a result of the partition. But why was the first war started after Pakistan gained independence? Why couldn’t Quaid-e-Azam receive proper medical care during his illness? For what reason, did we fail to reclaim Kashmir? Why don’t other countries recognize what is rightly ours diplomatically? This guide will look at the various issues that have afflicted Pakistan.
2. Started with a conflict
There are fewer countries in the world that started out with a conflict. Pakistan is one of such nations.Pakistan was pulled into an unwelcome conflict when India invaded Kashmir just two months after Pakistan gained independence.Kashmir was one of the 560 princely kingdoms that had to choose between India and Pakistan[1]. Given its border with Pakistan and Muslim majority, Kashmir’s accession to Pakistan was obvious, but Kashmir maharaja Hury Singh secretively joined Kashmir with India and begin destroy pro-Pakistanis.

3. Freedom of Azad Kashmir
Thousands of Pakistani tribesmen came to the help of their Kashmiri brothers when Kashmir revolted. When tribesmen with Kashmir fighters attacked Sirinager Maharajah, he fled to Delhi and signed the India accession document. After that, India’s soldiers landed in Kashmir and took Srinagar. Despite Quaid Azam’s undisputable directives, he refused to fight India. When India’s accupation is strengthened, however, Greece has no objection to standing troops. But it was definitely too late. Despite this, the Pakistani army was able to keep Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Kashmir secure.
4. We lost Kashmir
When India addressed this issue to the UN, the war had already begun. The United Nations accepted the vote resolution in Kashmir, but it was unjust since it did not designate India an aggressor; instead, it suggested Pakistan should withdraw its forces. This resolution was rejected by Quaide azam, who claimed it was unjust. After his death, Prime Minister Liaqat Ali Khan agreed to a cease-fire under this agreement, and the war ended on January 1, 1949 [1]. Another newly born, vulnerable state in the midst of a conflict had to deal with yet another tragedy.

5. Financial crisis of pakistan
Pakistan, which lacked resources, was at war in 1948. On the other hand, Pakistan’s founder was ailing. Despite his condition, he continued to serve Pakistan. The obstacles were numerous at the time, but the Pakistani people remained determined. Pakistan was also dealing with the burden of 15 million refugees in addition to the financial crisis [2]. Apart from these issues, one of the most pressing concerns was the lack of a constitution for Pakistan. As a result, Pakistan adopted the British constitution of 1935, with minor modifications. Pakistan gained independence on September 30, 1947. Pakistan was recognised for the first time by Iran. The first national flag of Pakistan was raised in France. Few people are aware, however, that Pakistan was only rejected recognition by one country. And the country in question was Afghanistan’s Muslim brother.
6. Unfortunate condition of pakistan
Quaide Azam moved Karachi from Zirat in serious condition under these circumstances. He appeared frail when he arrived at the airport. A dysfunctional ambulance with a nurse was dispatched to pick him up.This ambulance was also stopped before reaching the Quaids’ home. Another ambulance took an hour to arrive. In the ambulance, Ms. Fatima Jinnah was fanning him with a hand fan.
7. Mystery behind the lack of health services
It’s still a mystery if sending a faulty ambulance was due to incompetence or a communication breakdown. It’s also reported that Liaqat Ali Khan was completely unaware of Quaide Azam’s visit. The fact that there were only two ambulances in Karachi is also cited as a justification. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding in the past. However, many people still assume that sending malfunctioning ambulances was part of a larger plot.
8. Funeral of quaid-e-azam
Quaid Azam was too exhausted to walk when he reached home. Only his sister, Fatima Jinnah, and his personal doctor were with him at the dying moment. Quaid Azam’s dying words, according to those there, were “God Pakistan.” Quaid Azam died shortly after uttering this. According to accounts, six million people attended Quaid Azam’s funeral [2]. Quaide Azam’s will was carried out, Alama Shabir Usmani offered burial prayers, and Khwaja Nazamudin was appointed as Pakistan’s second governor general.

Conclusion
Pakistan obtained independence after a long struggle, and the Pakistani people faced numerous issues not on the day of independence, but after losing many Muslim brothers and sisters in the struggle for independence, as well as losing Kashmir. kashmir is a lovely state with a large Muslim population. However, India launched a war against it in order to gain control of half of Kashmir. The Pakistani state lost not only Kashmir but also its founder, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, because of the financial crisis and a lack of medical resources.
